We believe that HR is all about helping people to deliver their best work, making it a strong investment for businesses of all sizes. Our Managing Director, Alison Davies, began her career in HR before moving into higher education. This helped her to become adept in providing exceptional learning and development services, which has seen her train hundreds of people over the years. Alison then moved back into the HR sector and has headed up ADD HR Solutions since 2012. Since then we’ve trained individual workers, large teams and entire organisations in HR best practice, which allows areas of improvement to be accessed in far greater detail.

If you’d rather we provide training remotely, we’ve found that Microsoft Teams is an excellent way to share our knowledge of policies, procedures, behaviours and systems to as many people as required. We’ll create a training calendar that can fit into your employees’ busy schedules and works equally well if they’re currently working from home.
